By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the Services.

For Venovax Edu and vocational education programs, enrollment records and student data are retained for a minimum of seven years following your last interaction with the program, in accordance with educational and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.

When you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Right to Correction — Request correction of inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete data

The Services are generally intended for users 18 years of age and older. Certain Services — such as Venovax Edu — are available to users between the ages of 15 and 17 with documented, verified consent from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.

Analytics and Tracking

10.1 Website and Platform Analytics

We collect usage data to understand how users interact with the Services and to make improvements. This data includes page URLs, visit timestamps, device type, approximate location (country and city derived from IP address), and referring source.

For logged-in users, page views may be associated with your account to support personalized features and internal reporting.

10.2 Session Storage, Not Cookies

Our analytics system does not use cookies for tracking. We use browser session storage — a temporary store that is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab. Session storage data is not shared across browser tabs and is not sent to our servers with page requests.

10.3 Data Use

Analytics data is used exclusively for internal purposes: improving platform performance, understanding feature adoption, and generating aggregate reports for VBA administrators. This data is never sold to third parties. Aggregate, non-identifying reports may be shared internally to guide product decisions.

Communications and Marketing

We may send you transactional communications (such as account confirmations, payment receipts, enrollment updates, and security alerts) that are required to operate your account. These cannot be opted out of while you hold an active account with VBA.

We may also send you marketing and promotional communications about VBA products, services, and events. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the delivery of transactional messages related to your account or enrollment.
